Searching jobs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia [KSA
The best place to search job advertisments and vacancies
is always in the
daily newspapers, and as most of the newspapers in the
Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia (K.S.A.) are in Arabic, so, this is disadvantage
for non-arab speaking comunity. frtunately, Arab News,
has posted a small section of online classifieds that
include job
vacancies mainly in Jeddah, but also a few in Riyadh
and Dammam. From all the Arabic Saudi daily newspapers
which are online, only Al
Riyadh contains job vacancies in Arabic.
Recruitment Agencies in Saudi
Arabia
It is very difficult to find jobs in Saudi Arabia through
recruitment agencies, because most Recruitment Agencies
don't have websites or their websites are nowhere to find.
One of the recruitment agency that was found was MillenniumSoft,
which is a software development and manpower consultancy
firm in Dhahran. It has an updated list of Information
Technology [IT] related jobs, as well as a list of
Non-IT related vacancies.
Al-Araj for Executive Search has offices in Al Khobar,
Riyadh and Jeddah and its website has vacancies
in General Management, Finance & Accounting, HR
& Admin, Sales & Marketing, and Other Positions
and has facilities for the submission of CVs and the submission
of job vacancies by employers
Qasur Al-Ta'aqod International Recruiting Office has
an Arabic
and English website allows candidates to post their
resume, but doesn't have any facilities to view job vacancies,
so the website is more for Saudi employers who would like
to search through CVs.
Tauzeef For Human Resources
is a recruitment agency in Jeddah that deals in executive
search, consultancy, and training and allows individuals
to submit their job CVs but unfortunately does post any
vacancies at their site at the moment.
Servitra seems to be a human resource company in Saudi
according to their telephone number, and in order to register
you must fill out a registration form and submit it with
a non-refundable registration fee of $25. What seems to
be fishy about it, is that you have to deposit the registration
fee in a bank in Pakistan. (If you have more information
on the authenticity of this company, please do let us
know).
Brainlease is
an interim management placement company with offices in
Riyadh and London that serves the executive market need
in the Gulf and Middle East region. They dont place any
vacancies on their website, but provides details of its
services, the placement process, and the facility to submit
CVs.
DarAsahi For Executive
Search is an executive search firm in Riyadh that
caters to many of the top companies in Saudi Arabia. Unfortunately,
there website is in Arabic and they dont post any of their
vacancies on their website, but you can find a number
of their vacancies on the various online employment resources.
No other placement agencies were found, which leaves
us with Saudi company websites that post job vacancies
and online job resources that cover Saudi Arabia.
