Punjab government introduces special helpline for overseas Pakistanis

The new helpline will provide its services 24 hours 7 days

The Government of Punjab has introduced a special helpline for Punjab Overseas Pakistani Commission. This helpline will provide guidance to the Pakistanis living overseas 24 hours 7 days. This helpline is made by Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) through which overseas Pakistanis can file complaints on the phone number  (+92-42-111-672-672).

The Chief Minister of Punjab Mian Mohammad Shahbaz Sharif at the beginning of 2015 was inaugurated of the overseas Pakistani Commission. Then, this service was entering online complaints of overseas Pakistanis. Now the telephone service will be more convenient for the people.

The purpose of this commission is to work to address the following issues:

  1. Property disputes and Housing Societies
  2. Family Feud
  3. Crime Cases
  4. Telephone connection / difficulties
  5. Electrical connection / difficulties
  6. Gas connection / difficulties
  7. Water connection
  8. The travel agent and airlines related cases
  9. Job applications / proposals
  10. Economic problems and disputes
  11. Bank related matters
  12. Cooperative societies claim
  13. Advisory services and other services
