New Changes in Dubai Work Visa:
Pakistani workers would have to take specific training before go to Dubai
The UAE ministry of labor has launched a new project about Dubai work visa. According to which the test of 2500 employee will be taken that come from abroad before arriving in the state. During his employment in the construction sector their test will continue. The labor Minister Saqr Ghobash said that, the purpose of this project is to develop the new policy on the basis of employees coming from Pakistan, India and Philippines. So, the selection of better employees can be done in future. According to this program the employees will get the opportunity of better training and skills. The employees will be selected by the test in their own countries. The work will be provided to them in the construction sector and they will be trained more on the job, the test will be taken. And the experience certificate will be given to the employees on the basis of his experience. So, when the employees return to their homeland they get a good job on the basis of the certificate.
